Manas Massage is a therapeutic clinic in Laredo, Texas, helping clients manage pain, recover, and improve their well-being. We welcome Texas licensed therapists from across the state, and relocation assistance may be available.

Service-Based Commission
Therapists earn a set commission based on the length and type of service performed. Current commission rates include:

• 30- or 45-minute massage: $14
• 60-minute massage: $28
• 90-minute massage: $32
• VA initial evaluation, reassessment, or final appointment: $32
• Approved mobile massage: $35 per completed session, plus applicable travel compensation

Therapists retain their tips, subject to payroll requirements. Earnings depend on completed appointments. Continuing education reimbursement may be available with advance approval.

VA sessions are therapeutic and require documentation. We support therapists in learning our assessment, care planning, and SOAP note processes.

 Short-Term Opportunities

We also welcome licensed therapists interested in a short-term opportunity to gain therapeutic experience—especially those who hope to open their own practice one day. Assignment dates, compensation, travel or lodging support, and working terms are discussed individually.
